Dishes and prices sit beside a cellar of remarkable depth: Romanée and Chambertin 1877, Latour 1902, Margaux 1899, Lafite 1893 and the principal Champagne houses. Before the name Le Train Bleu, a station buffet already held the table of a great Paris restaurant.
